This position is responsible for ensuring that team members are properly trained on procedures to operate and or maintain machinery while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.


1.Provide initial introduction to work area, job, fellow TM s and safety. 2.Assist Supervisors in reviewing JSA s with employees prior to starting job. 3.Cover goals and objectives of job task with TM for qualification. 4.Review tracking responsibilities and Weekly Knowledge Audits with TM S. 5.Review Job Breakdown with TM prior to job instruction. 6.Provide step-by-step instruction of job with feedback to TMs as needed. 7.Perform safety equipment checks with TM. 8.Determine job qualification status with TM on a weekly basis by using quality and quantity checks, safety and general work habits. 9.Review with Supervisor the qualification status of TM and communicate to the TM on a weekly basis. 10.Certify TM on all jobs performed, qualify and document on tracking forms. 11.Learn and become certified in LOTO. 12.Ability to learn and perform necessary skills of all jobs. 13 .Must have known experience and ability to communicate with other TMs and management. 14. Must show a general knowledge of duties and responsibilities on different jobs. 15. During initial job training, must have shown the ability to learn and qualify on any given job. 16. Ability to learn other task or processes assigned whether on the floor or in a classroom. 17
