Deliver on Tyson's unique Team Member value proposition, including design, communication and delivery of compensation programs, to accelerate client growth and meet business objectives. This position is responsible for helping toadminister compensation policies and programs, preparing various wage and salary reports and analyses, and providing tailored and effective consulting and deliverables to client groups. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Compensation consulting and managing Fresh hourly HR and T&A systems by working with the end users and programmers. They will be an advocate and consultant for compensation strategies and Team Member values to accelerate the business. They will support Compensation Processes by conducting job evaluations, compiling market data to provide competitive pay grades and ranges, managing Fresh work codes and pay rules, examining compensation and HR practices, and compiling relevant statistics andanalyses on demand. Prepare spreadsheets and run reports using SAP, Access, Excel, and QMF. Create tailored, sophisticated and dynamic analyses; calculating general and 'what-if' adjustments to assist managers in wage and salary administration. Complete audits and ensure policy adherence and compliance (e.g. FLSA). Assist in year-end and other periodic compensation processes.


Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: 2+ years of experience. Compensation consulting experience preferred (external consultant experience a plus).

Computer Skills: Requires intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Applications such as Access, Excel, InfoPath and SAP Reporting and table maintenance.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to consult across various levels of the organization. Comfortable presenting materials to varied audiences. Ability to communicate and translate complex, technical details to end users and client groups.

Special Skills: Project management skills (initiative, drive, managing a complex variety of tasks, etc.), strong analytical skills, ability to work well in a cross functional team environment.

Travel: 1 to 4 trips per year.
