SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for directing and training supervisors in all facets of production, paperwork, yields, time and attendance, discipline, turnover, absenteeism, safety and problem solving; accountable for areas of performance, safety, quality, work comp, turnover, bid movement, Team Member morale, dignity and respect, and Tyson Core Values; and follow the regulations of USDA and HAACP.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Minimum of three years supervisory experience; must have 1 year experience in Fresh Meats

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills

Supervisory Skills: Ability to provide a safe working environment while motivating managerial and hourly workforce.

Special Skills: Must possess skills to complete paperwork, problem solving and special project needs.

Current Tyson team members who are currently working at this facility will be considered first for the openings; if none of the local Team Members are selected then other Team Members from other locations will be given consideration before external candidates.” The company will review the team member's attendance and work performance records.
