Career Description

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and or unloaded in a timely manner while using a hand pallet jack while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.


Tasks

You must be willing to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach in all areas. These positions work in a cold, damp or hot and humid environment and these areas have slippery walking surfaces. Must be able to set up orders on the shipping dock while using a powered industrial lift or truck in a safe manner. Must be able to be trained and operate forklift and pallet jack equipment safely and according to Tyson policy. Must be able to be trained and be proficient on EIM computer system and be able to work in 28 degree environment for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in a team environment and be able to set up orders by load sheet. Must be able to follow directions and complete other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements

This is a 12 hour shift position alternate work schedule. Tyson Foods, Inc.
