Career Description

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.


Tasks

These positions could work in any department of the Material Handling facility. Must be able to repeatedly push pull carry lift up to 80 pounds. Must be able to work in extreme cold, dry environment, use hands and arms above shoulder level and stand 8-10 hours a day. ATTENTION These positions also may involve the use of powered equipment such as low boys and fork lifts.


Requirements

All positions must be able to work any shift. Material Handling runs three shifts, morning, evening and graveyard (at least 8 hours) Material Handling works up to 7 days a week, 24 hours each day. Shifts will vary. All job offers are based on the conditions that the candidate can provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and pass a urinalysis screening, which is part of the post-offer health assessment.
