Career Description


The Associate Recruiting Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships and identify talent for the organization. This position calls for a strong base knowledge of full life cycle recruiting, witha comprehensive approach to talent acquisition that encompasses every stage of the hiring process, from the initial job requisition and hiring manager intake, all the way through to onboarding.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Representing the company at recruitment events Management and ownership of the recruiting process from candidate sourcing through identification, interviewing, selection, offer presentation, negotiation and close collaborating with managers to identify and source qualified candidates using sourcing tool kit and techniques to attract top talent to the organization such as job boards, search engines, niche sites, LinkedIn and other social media, passive lead generation, etc. Maintains current applicant tracking documentation through each phase of the recruitment process and within OFCCP compliance. Develop and maintain effective relationships with professional organizations to maintain an on-going relationship to create a pipeline of talent for the organization, internal business leaders, hiring managers, HR business partners and other HR professionals Educate the client and provide advice on market trends, acting as a consultant throughout the hiring process and providing meaningful feedback to assist in the final selection process. Interacts and consults independently with senior management


• Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: 1+ years of Human Resource, recruiting, or college relations experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills to effectively communicate in a variety of settings across all organizational levels
• Strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, SAP, data mining techniques, and strong scouring capabilities preferred
• Ability to multi-task; detail oriented; motivated, self-starter; determination to improve and expand corporate programs; ability to be effective with limited resources.
• Minimal travel required
