Career Description

This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the refrigeration systems while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.


Tasks

Manual dexterity sufficient to grasp tools and equipment. Willing to read computerized forms, work orders, manufacturer instructions. Willing to maintain the ammonia refrigeration maintenance system in as-designed condition previous experience preferred. Knowledge of refrigeration system sufficient to troubleshoot problems. Willing to perform forklift and building maintenance Willing to work inside the warehouse and outside in temperatures Willing to work in high precarious places and positions like on roofs, on racks, near moving mechanical Frequent standing, squatting, reaching, bending, climbing, and walking. Lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 80 pounds on a limited basis with assistance from machinery or another Team Member.


Requirements

The applicant must have at least six (6) months work experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or automotive A C.
