SUMMARY: This position will strategically lead and coordinate performance improvement within the designated Business area in which they are assigned (Poultry, Prepared Manufacturing, Fresh Meats, Shared Services, Enterprise) to include production systems, complexes, plants, distribution centers, suppliers, value streams, and core businesses. Responsibilities include leading and implementing Lean Manufacturing principals; developing and training team members on CI fundamentals; man aging and administering CI initiatives; informing and advising appropriate leaders of CI progress; leading and coaching both CI professionals and subsequent business partners on the establishment of a continuous improvement culture;other duties as assigned.


Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; Degrees in Engineering, Meat Science, Animal Science, or Operations Management are beneficial.

Experience: 7+ years' experience; Operations, Sales, Marketing, or Shared Services; experience in Lean Manufacturing, Change Management, or Relationship Management preferred.

Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills, ability to learn new systems, and organize significant amounts of information in a professional manner is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are required.

Travel: 30+ Domestic trips per year.
