SUMMARY:

This position's responsibilities include Workday integration support, proactive evaluation of current pay programs and implementation of new compensation programs and supporting the overall strategic initiatives of the compensation operations TEAM. This requires a highly technical skillset including the ability to use SAP transactions and programs, Access database for advanced reporting and analytics work, Excel data manipulation and analysis. This role will facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within or between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary. Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes. Report project status and issues on a regular basis to the compensation operations leadership TEAM. Focuses on meeting project commitments, including communications with stakeholders, etc.

Responsibilities also include SAP configuration, integration with 3rd party pay programs, technology, and SAP table maintenance. This role will work heavily with IS personnel and the compensation consulting TEAM to assist in providing forward thinking system, program and/or transactional solutions. This position is responsible for creating various reports using MS Access, SAP, Excel and other reporting tools; examine compensation practices, compiling statistical data, analyzing data, and conducting SAP data audits; maintain the department's databases and applications, create various ad hoc and customized reports for both internal and external customers to include senior management. Responsibilities also includes the maintenance of highly confidential and sensitive information, and performing other responsibilities as the need arises.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: 5+ years of compensation, project management, IS and/or relevant experience.

Computer Skills: Requires advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Applications such as Access, Excel, Workday, InfoPath and SAP Reporting and table maintenance.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to negotiate, consult, and influence all levels of the organization. Comfortable presenting materials to varied audiences. Ability to communicate and translate complex, technical details to end users and client groups.

Special Skills: Project management skills (initiative, drive, managing a complex variety of tasks, etc.), comfortable taking ownership, detail oriented, strong technical knowledge, excellent people skills, ability to work well in a cross functional team environment.

Supervisory: NA Travel: 1 to 4 trips per year.
