This position provides financial and business leadership while ensuring good stewardship of Tyson resources. Responsibilities include: Foodservice Prepared trade spend forecasting and accounting oversight; controls management ensuring proper internal control and SOX compliance; variance reporting and analysis; sales financial support; customer reporting and analysis; balance sheet management, reconciliation, reporting and analysis; continual business process improvement identification and implementation; lead finance accounting team to optimize performance and focus on value-add analytics; other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with relevant experience essential to the job being evaluated. CPA or MBA preferred

10+ years of experience.

Computer Skills:
Standard computer skills; Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledgeable in SAP, Vistex or Blacksmith applications a plus.

Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills; relationship management skills. Able to effectively communicate responsibilities and work in a collaborative environment.

Special Skills:
Detailed knowledge of all business cycles, systems and processes that impact sales. (Order to Cash; Generate Demand, Purchase to Pay, Production, Shared Services).

This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel supporting a number of business units who perform similar and/or interrelated tasks and activities.

2-4 domestic trips per year.
