SUMMARY: This position is administrative support of manufacturing processes including SAP, HACCP, and other safety and food safety; support of lean components including OEE; and assisting in coordination of process flow. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide record keeping including pre-op paperwork, reviewing after complete, filing and boxing for storage. Provide support calculation of OEE's by gathering and entering data. Create and maintain Performance Boards byupdating as assigned. Utilize SAP to include taking inventories to compare against system, monitoring inspection lots plus support employees and Supervisors in system. Provide support of HACCP, SQF, other food safety and safety as assigned.Provide and monitor operations workflow through design of work flows and procedures. Liaison between plant leadership and workforce, to communicate processes, programs, problem solves, and operational results, which may include providing alternate solutions. Responsible to understand and comply with all appropriate company policies, procedures and work rules. Flexibility to work as a team to cover vacations of other clerks REQUIREMENTS: Associate's degree or equivalent fromtwo-year College or technical school. In lieu of 2-year technical degree; an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to situations; Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, Access and Word systems, required. Knowledge of SAP preferred. Strong organization, verbal and written skills are required. Ability to gather and analyze information quickly and determine skillfully and ability to develop alternative solution(s). May include Design of work flows and procedures. Work collaboratively and inclusively within a group to problem solving situations. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work in cold, wet or humid conditions. Must be able to withstand a loud noise -work environment.
