SUMMARY: The primary responsibilities of this position are to: Oversee analysis and administration of Tyson's lease financing activities; support capital markets activities; and assist with other various treasury-related analysis projects as needed. Specific responsibilities include: ensuring the proper lease-versus-buy policies and procedures are in place and being communicated and monitored for compliance enterprise-wide; running lease bid processes; maintaining a competitive financing pool of potential lessors to support Tyson's growth initiatives; developing and managing corporate leasing TEAM Members and leasing administration tools; coordinating leasing-related quarterly and year-end financial reporting; and supporting fixed income and rating agency interactions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field required (MBA or treasury/finance-related advanced degree preferred).

Experience: 7+ years' experience preferred, and at least 5 years in a Treasury and/or finance related position preferred. Experience in capital markets transactions, contract negotiations, and/or real-estate a plus. Credit, lending, accounting or transportation experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Standard computer skills required. Advanced Excel skills with financial functions used in financial analysis (including Lease-vs-buy, IRR & MIRR) are required knowledge for this position.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong negotiation and relationship management skills required.

Special Skills: Advanced understanding and working knowledge of lease accounting rules; working knowledge of real estate contracts; and working knowledge of equipment specifications/valuations for the most commonly leased equipment.

Supervisory: This position will have direct reports.

Travel: 1 to 5 domestic trips per year.
