This position is responsible for unloading Rail Cars and for general cleaning duties such as sweeping and shoveling.


Tasks

This position is responsible for unloading Rail Cars and for general cleaning duties such as sweeping and shoveling. This job is responsible for receiving in corn, soy, cookies, etc. in addition to all other outside ingredients that come in by truck or by rail. Responsible for becoming a certified weigh master on the truck scales, will operate a hard car unloader (railcars), responsible for testing samples of outside ingredients for moisture, must keep work areas clean, warehouse, scale area and rail shed clean. Applicants will be considered for General Sanitation type opening. Standing, walking, bending, stretching,climbing, pushing pulling and reaching are required. Must be able to lift 70 lbs. on a daily basis and be able to work on your feet for a period of 8 hours. These positions work in a cold, damp to hot and humid environment and slippery surfaces.Will be primarily responsible for loading feed trucks with the proper feed types, testing certain feed types when necessary, must have the ability to complete various administrative tasks requiring computer skills, will be required to cross-train with dispatch and other positions within the feed mill. Must have good communication skills both verbally and in writing.


Requirements

Must successfully complete all required safety training for the job and have a valid driver's license. Physically able to perform the job Extremely Safety Conscious. Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild or exotic fowl to be considered. Applicants from the following counties will be considered, Madison, Carroll, Boone in AR and Stone County in MO.
